What guests loved:
Room was clean and beautiful view from balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent amount of tasty options. Close to the metro. Good location.
Areas for improvement:
I could hear the people in the room next to me and people passing by in the hallways, so not much sound proofing, but it was overall quiet at night so it didn't affect my sleep.

The hotel lobby and appearance are looking good. It was pretty clean

The bathroom is old and not 100% functional. I don't think it should be a 4* hotel as it is old and breakfast not so good.
